Andrea Caskey’s educational path began at the University of Texas, where she earned an undergraduate degree in Sports Sciences. During her time there, she developed a deep appreciation for the human body and its incredible potential for healing and vitality.

Inspired to further contribute to the well-being of others, Andrea pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Mary Hardin Baylor. This allowed Andrea to combine her passion for science and caring for people, solidifying her commitment to a career in healthcare.

Early in her career, Andrea started as a personal trainer, where she gained valuable experience in creating personalized fitness programs and a passion for guiding individuals towards healthier lifestyles. This experience not only deepened her understanding of the importance of physical well-being but also fostered her desire to address the holistic needs of individuals.

For the past nine years, Andrea has dedicated herself to the demanding field of Emergency Medicine. She has worked tirelessly in fast-paced environments, responding to emergencies, and providing critical care to patients in their most vulnerable moments. Her unwavering commitment to patient care has been recognized by the prestigious Daisy Awards, which are nominated by patients themselves. This recognition reflects Andrea’s exceptional ability to provide compassionate and attentive care, going above and beyond to make a positive impact on the lives of her patients.

However, Andrea’s journey has now led her to a new chapter in her career. Motivated by a desire to explore a more holistic approach to healthcare, Andrea has decided to transition into the field of Integrative Medicine. This decision is driven by her belief in the importance of combining conventional medical knowledge with complementary therapies to optimize patient well-being.

With a strong foundation in nursing, a background in sports sciences, and a deep understanding of Emergency Medicine, Andrea is poised to bring a unique perspective to the field of Integrative Medicine. She is committed to helping individuals achieve optimal health by addressing the interconnectedness of the body, mind, and spirit. As she embarks on this new professional endeavor, her dedication, compassion, and wealth of experience will undoubtedly make a lasting impact on the lives of those she serves.

Andrea, a Georgetown resident for over 20 years, spends her time off glamping with her husband and 6 children, doing remodeling projects on her family’s home, working out, and traveling to new places with her husband.
